We approached Bosch in Germany who agreed to specially make the female side plugs (the plug usually encapsulated into the air flow meter) so we are now able to offer this pre-assembled wiring loom extension for use with the direct route hose kit for extending the air flow meter wiring loom, assembled with genuine Bosch plugs connectors pins and seals.
Rather than now risk any issues that may potentially occur with extending an original factory loom by cutting and soldering, this pre-assembled extension loom allows you 'plug and play' fitment between the original plug and the Air Flow Meter.
