Billet Steel Lightweight Flywheel and Uprated CSR Clutch Assembly Package - 240mm.

Billet Steel Lightweight Flywheel:
Our lightweight flywheel is precision CNC machined from billet steel, which due to its natural strength means we can lighten the units to 5.4 kg compared to the original dual mass flywheel. The ring gear is also machined into the flywheel assembly. The clutch mounting height is identical to the standard OE unit to ensure that the clutch slave cylinder is not over extended and a standard or uprated clutch with a specifically designed sprung disc can be used successfully.

Suitable for any Z20LEH/Z20LEL/Z20LER engine with M32 gearbox.

NOTE: This flywheel MUST be used with a sprung clutch assembly (included - see below) due to the removal of the dual mass flywheel. Some end case bearing noise may become evident when fitted.

Uprated Courtenay Sport Racing (CSR) Clutch Assembly:
Uprated Courtenay Sport Racing Clutch suitable for high power cars using the Billet Steel Lightweight Flywheel. Comprises Courtenay Sport Racing Uprated Heavy Duty Cover and either a Courtenay Sport Racing Uprated Sprung Clutch Disc

or a Courtenay Sport Racing Uprated Sprung Cera-Metallic 4 Paddle or 6 Paddle Disc can be specified instead of the organic disc.
