Direct Route Airbox (CDTi) - Astra G/H Zafira A/B 2.0T inc VXR

The Astra H 1.9 CDTi (Direct Route) Complete Airbox to allow fitting of the direct route hose kit the Astra H or Zafira B VXR.

Can also be used on Astra G and Zafira A 2.0 Turbo models, which will either require the slicone fitting sleeves/adapters to allow the 70mm standard air flow meter to fit into the 80mm hoses or an upgrade to an 80mm air flow meter with a remap.

Supplied standard this box has a 70mm outlet for the airflow meter and will require modification to allow the 80mm Astra H/Zafira B VXR air flow meter to fit.

The required items to allow the 80mm air flow meter to be fitted can be supplied by us with the airbox. We use an alloy joiner piece which is bonded into the airbox lid once it has been enlarged, a black OE rubber joiner hose and 60-80 hose clip.

We can also supply the airbox ready modified in house to take the 80mm air flow meter used on Astra H/Zafira B VXR models.
