Recirculation Valve Uprated Forge - Z16LEx A16LEx Z20LEx A20NFT

Designed as a direct replacement for the OEM valve which is prone to failure when the engine has been tuned or had an upgrade to the engine management software. FMDVK04D

This Forge Recirculation Valve is complete and ready to install with no fitting kit required.

It is available with 2 spring choices depending upon the state of tune of the engine.

Valve Spring Colour Coding: The weakest spring is GREEN, followed by YELLOW, This represents an increase of 25%, 50%.

Green Spring - For Standard Cars/Standard Boost/Mild Tune

Yellow Spring - For mapped cars:
Astra G, Zafira A - Stages 1, 2, 3 and 4 using an OE or VXR turbo unit.
Astra H, Zafira B - Stages 1, 2, 3 and 4 using an OE or VXR turbo unit.
Astra H VXR, Zafira VXR - Stages 1, 2, and 3 using VXR turbo unit.
Astra J VXR - Mapped Cars
Corsa D 1.6 SRiT/VXR - Stages 1, 2, and 3
Meriva VXR - Stages 1, 2, and 3
VX220 Turbo - Stages 1, 2, 3 and 4 using an OE or VXR turbo unit.

Blue Spring - For K06 Hybrid VXR Turbos running higher boost

The various colour Springs are available separately via our website if required when changes are made to vehicle tune.
