Courtenay Sport Returns Policy and Information

We are happy to accept product returns. Occasionally an item is no longer required, has been ordered incorrectly or is just the wrong part. If you have an issue with your order please contact us as soon as possible.

ORDER CANCELLATION/RETURN OF GOODS: Within 14 Days.

To cancel your order within 14 days and return the goods:
You must notify us within 14 days of the day your order was delivered to you (signed for) if you would like to cancel your order and return the goods.
We will accept products back providing we are notified via the >>>> Returns Section <<<< of our website within the time period. The goods must be brand new, must not have been trial fitted and still be sealed, wrapped in their original packaging.
Once we have received your request to cancel your order we will issue you with a Returns Number. You will then need to return the goods to us. It is your responsibility as the purchaser to cover the cost of the safe return of the goods to us (you are advised to insure the goods and use a tracked service). Returns must be received by Courtenay Sport Ltd within 28 days of date of delivery.
Once we receive the consignment back from you, we will check your returned goods and once accepted process your refund via the original payment method, within 14 days of receipt. Original shipping costs on your order will be refunded where a complete order is returned. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.

RETURN OF GOODS: Outside of the 14 day cancellation period (but within 30 days):

To cancel your order and return goods after 14 days (but within 30 days of receipt):
Please notify us via the >>>> Returns Section <<<< of our website of your wish to return your order. The product(s) to be returned must be brand new, not trial fitted,  undamaged and still be wrapped in their original packaging. We will assess each request received outside of the 14 day period on an individual basis and if accepted we will issue a Returns Number. You can then send the products for return back to us. It is your responsibility to cover the cost of the safe return of the goods to us (you are advised to insure the goods and use a tracked service).
Once we receive the goods back, we will check your return and once accepted process your refund via the original payment method, within 14 days of receipt. All returns outside of the 14 day period will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs will not be refunded. We are unable to accept returns notified to us outside of a 30 day period.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Sometimes items are incorrectly packed, arrived damaged or have been mistakenly left out.
Please notify us about any missing, damaged or incorrectly packed items from your order as soon as possible and within 24 hours of parcel receipt via the >>>> Returns Section <<<< of our website so that we can rectify any problems.

Faulty Items/Items Under Warranty:

Occasionally parts fail. If this does happen we will do our best to help out. Please notify us via the >>>> Returns Section <<<< of our website of your issue so we can contact you to rectify any problems. We will require additional information with regard to potential warranty claims. We will deal with all requests on an individual basis. In many cases we can authorise a replacement as soon as the warranty part is returned to us.
In some cases the 'faulty' item may need to be returned by us to the manufacturer for a warranty claim to be authorised. We will do this on your behalf as soon as we receive the part back. If you need a replacement item before a claim can be agreed, a new part will need to be purchased, the cost of which will be returned when the manufacturer has authorised a warranty claim.
In cases where you may need a replacement item before you can return a warranty part to us for a claim to be agreed, a replacement item will need to be purchased. When the warranty claim is agreed we will refund to the original payment card the cost of the faulty component(s), depending on the nature of the claim. Courtenay Sport Ltd reserves the right to make full or partial compensation at its sole discretion depending upon the condition and mileage used of the returned suspect parts. For example, if you have used the product for several thousand miles and the defect is noticed, only a partial compensation may be offered.
Things such as incorrect fitment, wear and tear and/or misuse or abuse or incorrect diagnosis will not be covered by any manufacturer's warranty or by Courtenay Sport Ltd.
Once fitted due to the nature of the operating environment, electrical items cannot be returned as faulty immediately they have been fitted. Too often electrical items (air flow meters, sensors, ecus etc) are used to test for a faulty part and often incorrectly diagnosed issues will cause an otherwise brand new part to fail immediately e.g. wiring short circuit. This is not a warrantable condition and not covered by the manufacturer or Courtenay Sport Ltd

PLEASE NOTE: In ALL cases we reserve the right to withhold a refund or refuse to replace a parts if any information given to us relating to a return/replacement request is incorrect or inaccurate or where items have been opened or are not in original sealed packaging.
